Conditions of participation Reell: Instagram raffle

The raffle is organised by Reell. Any natural person over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. The competition begins on 31 March 2024 at 10 a.m.; the closing date for entries is 31 March 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Late entries cannot be considered. Participation in the competition is only permitted by submitting the participant’s solution in person. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted. In these cases and in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or manipulation, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned. Multiple messages from the same Instagram account and/or the same person will be counted as one entry into the competition. Participation is achieved with a direct message. A jury will randomly draw the competition winners from all correct entries within the time window. For this purpose, all “Instagram names” of the participants will be recorded and stored to determine the winners. Contact details will later only be collected from the winners and only used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information and cancellation.

Prize description

There are 5 discount vouchers worth €100 each and 5 discount vouchers worth €50 each for the webshop www.reellworld.com to be won. The winners must report back by 14 April 2024 at 11:59 pm and provide their address for the prize to be sent. The winners will be notified by Reell via Instagram direct message on 2 April 2024. Once all winners have been notified, this will be announced in the competition post. In the event that a winner does not contact Reell independently by 23:59 on 14 April 2024, the prize will be forfeited, and the winner will lose their right to have the prize sent to them. The winners will be announced without guarantee. The vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Reell is entitled to use personal data to personalise the prize. Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Claims to prizes are not transferable to other persons. Reell is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. Reell shall only be liable for legal and material defects in the event of wilful intent or gross negligence.

Premature cancellation of the competition

Reell reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Reell will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, Reell may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

Applicable law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right of amendment

These Terms and Conditions of Participation and the entire legal relationship between the Participants and Reell shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any incomplete or ineffective provisions shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.

No involvement of Instagram in the competition

The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way supported, accompanied or controlled by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but Reell. Any questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be addressed to Instagram, but to Reell. Participation does not give rise to any claims against Instagram.
